Puppies

Having a PUPPY sharing your home is like having a human child in the family.
The puppy needs a responsible adult to love, teach and care for them.
Animals only know what humans take the time to teach them!

FOOD:
Feed PUPPY food to dogs less than 1 year ....

Keeping your dog 'OUTDOORS' and Doggy Doors.... OUTDOOR Dogs
Extreme temperatures (Heat or Cold) are very difficult on all animals but especially bad for
puppies and older animals.

Do NOT play 'rough' with puppies because they will continue to play rough when they become an adult.  Dogs are sometimes taken to shelters because a person says the animal is too rough with their children.  However it was their children who played rough with the puppy and taught the animal how to play!

Puppies need a 'responsible' ADULT to love, teach and care for them,  to drive them to vet appointments and to pay for all the expenses associated with their care. Since it is an adult that will have the primary responsibility for the animal, ALL family members, not just the children, must want the animal and be committed to give it attention and care. A dog has FEELINGS and should be part of the family and cared for the same!

 YES, puppies GROW up!!!! ....
If you will not love an animal as much when the animal is grown and large
as when he is small and cute,
please get a stuffed toy.
Do NOT adopt a PUPPY if you do Not have the patience or time to housetrain!!!! Housetraining

Sadly MANY dogs are taken to shelters between the age of 6 months to 1 year.
People think they are 'adorable' when they are a small puppy.  Then when the dog is
no longer small and the big puppy is too rowdy or going through their chewing stage,
they 'get rid of them', like the dog was a 'disposable object' which had no feelings!
Animals have feelings and are more loyal than most people!

How Could You?

An animal is NOT a Toy or a Gift .... He or she is a Lifetime Commitment.
