Holiday 2008 Wishlist

Like all good boys and girls, Houston's homeless animals waiting for adoption in CAP's shelter have a wish list. Won't you be their not-so-secret santa and donate canned cat, dog, puppy, and kitten food, pet toys, cat clay litter, and other need items? Or make all their wishes come true with a forever home by adopting this holiday season!

CAP Gala 2008 Recap

The Houston Chronicle covered the 2008 CAP Celebrity Paws Gala, saying, "It’s not often that dogs and cats are the center of attention at the Hilton Americas-Houston. But Saturday night was the exception, when Citizens for Animal Protection brought in the four-legged critters for the annual Celebrity Paws Gala."

IRA Charitable Rollovers

Congress has extended a law that allows individuals 70.5 or older to make tax-free gifts now to qualified charitable organizations like CAP using funds transferred directly from their IRA's. You can transfer any amount up to $100,000. Make a difference for homeless animals in Houston this holiday season!
