2010 EXXONMobil Community Summer Jobs Program - Administrative Assistant Intern

Position Summary:

The intern will perform a variety of administrative tasks and work with the Director of Administrative Services and Human Resources, the Adult Volunteer Coordinator and the Director of Outreach Services. The intern will also participate in a variety of volunteer, educational and fundraising events.

Requirements:

• Must be a currently enrolled, full-time, undergraduate student who will return to college as a full-time sophomore, junior or senior student. Full-time enrollment is defined as 12 or more credits in one semester.
• Must provide written enrollment verification from the college registrar’s office confirming the student’s enrollment status.
• Must attend an orientation, several seminars and final ceremony conducted by Volunteer Houston during the 8 week internship.
• Begin June 14, 2010 and end on August 6, 2010
• Work 5 days a week, 7 hours a day. (May be some weekend days)
• Salary will be discussed at the interview.
