Feral cats, also known as “wild or free-roaming” cats, are the largest cause of pet overpopulation in Houston. Thousands of feral cats are born into homelessness every year, often right in our own neighborhoods. Left unattended, feral cat colonies can grow out of control. But with your help, FCAP is committed to solving this problem through humane trap-neuter- return.
