A Foster Parent orientation for new foster parents is to be held on SATURDAY, Aug. 8th at 1 PM in the CAP meeting room at CAP Shelter. ** If you are not located near CAP but still want to help animals, you should check at your local Petsmart or Petco on a Saturday, usually early afternoon, when most rescue groups are there. Volunteers and foster parents are always needed to help homeless animals! **
