A Foster Parent orientation for new foster parents is to be held on SATURDAY, September 19th at 1 PM in the CAP meeting room at CAP Shelter. If you are not located near CAP but still want to help homeless animals, you should check at your local Petsmart or Petco on a Saturday when most rescue groups are there. Volunteers and foster parents are always needed to help homeless animals!
