A Foster Parent orientation for new foster parents is to be held on SATURDAY, February 18th at 1 PM until 3 PM in the education room at CAP shelter. If you are not located near CAP but still want to help homeless animals, you should check at your local Petsmart or Petco on a Saturday when most rescue groups are there. Volunteers and foster parents are always needed to help homeless animals.
