ADOPTED. I am a 9-month-old male Long haired chihuahua/ Jack Russell Terrier mix with soft tan and black fur. I came to CAP because my previous human had too many dogs. I weigh about 8 pounds now, and I'll probably be 10 pounds when fully grown. In my previous home, I lived with other dogs and a couple of cats. I do enjoy playing with other dogs, and I also enjoy playing with soft toys and tennis balls (it's so much fun to pull the fuzz off of tennis balls!). I'm very new to CAP, and as such, still very shy. I need a compassionate human caregiver who will take me to training and not "coddle" me when I'm feeling insecure. That way, I can become the confident little dog I was meant to be. Because I can be nervous, I'd do best in a home without small children.
