Pepe 1932427 is a tiny, 5 pound, male chihuahua.   He is around 5 1/2 years old. He came to CAP in pretty bad shape, but is finally ready to go to his new forever home.  He prefers the company of other chihuahuas, to other breeds of dogs, so would do best in a home that has another Chi his size.   He also needs an experienced small dog owner.....NOT a good dog for a first time pet owner.   He is great with adults, but NOT fond of children, and their quick movements, so he is looking for an ALL ADULT home.(NO Exceptions.)   He is very sweet, and is a lap dog, when he is not playing with his dog buddies!!!  I'm with my foster parent.
