Kittens & Core Pilates
Join us for Kittens & Core Pilates, a feel-good workout with an even better cause.This special pilates session will take place Saturday, January 17 from 3:00–4:00 PM, right here at the shelter, surrounded by some of our most playful (and motivating) kittens.
The $10 entry fee goes directly toward helping the animals in our care, making this a great way to move your body while giving back.

Citizens for Animal Protection is a private, not-for-profit organization that provides shelter, adoption, foster care, rescue and other valuable services to animals in need in the Houston area. CAP also provides humane education and community outreach programs to encourage love and respect for all animals.
